This weekend I hosted a session at Embody Fitness for my fellow fitness babes Carly Rowena and AJ Odudu, who trained with Olympian Sarah Claxton. Inspired by their bootay's, following that I head over to this local spot close to Borough Market and challenged my self to a 15 minute workout.
Plank for 1 minute
30 seconds mountain climbers
1 minute core (x 2 exercises)
1 minute lunges
30 second mountain climbers
Stretch and repeat.
I added in a a few minutes cardio to warm up.
Just a quick, outdoor burst, getting fresh air, because as much as you want to hibernate in this weather, that just isn't going to get us fit!
