Don't let heavy workloads demotivate you.
Following a long day at RED Agency, whether it be meetings, research, strategy building, being on set shooting a clients campaign, or even shooting in front of the camera for a brand, sometimes the last thing you feel like doing is going for a run. I am guilty of this, I never manage to get up and out at the moment, ever since setting up the business work load has increased massively and sports activity has decreased dramatically.
It’s times like now, when work is the busiest, that it is most important to try to push past the demotivation and get active. I may not run the farthest or fastest, but, just getting at least a 30 minute sweat in each day will help to relieve any stresses, decompress and prepare for the next journey.
I am going to challenge myself over the next 14 days to fit in at least 30 minutes a day and document it over on Snapchat (TashScarlet) and Instagram. London is such an inspiring place to be, especially above ground, avoid the tube and run with me. Let's do this.
